Born in Warrenton, Georgia; son of a school fundraising representative and a judge. Helping schools create resources is a second generational occupation as my father, Bobby Thigpen, is a retired school fundraising representative with nearly 25 years in the industry. Before I could even drive, my start in fundraising began as my father would pay me 6 cents a mailer. Attended Briarwood Academy where I participated in football, baseball, and track earning all-state honors as a running back set a school record in rushing yards. I received a football scholarship to Olivet Nazarene University. I graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.

Upon Graduation began selling fundraising programs alongside my father up until his retirement from the industry. I continued in the business giving me over 15 years of helping schools and athletic programs bridge financial gaps. I have always enjoyed what I do for a living and consider myself blessed to work with high school students in the great state of Georgia. I look forward to helping the next group achieve its financial goals with Vertical Raise!
