I was born and raised in Aurora Il one of 6 children consisting of 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Enjoyed sports from the time I was very young. Went to West Aurora HS and lettered in 3 sports. Was inducted into the West Aurora Sports Hall of Fame in 2009. Went on to get drafted just out of HS by the Atlanta Braves Baseball Club. Was offered a full scholarship to attend the University of Illinois, which I did for 2 years. I was redrafted by the Braves and played 2 seasons in their minor leagues until arm injury ended my career. I have 3 wonderful children, my daughter Olivia and my twin boys Vince and Ray. Love going to sporting events, concerts and enjoy working on my yard. I also enjoy golfing and bike riding.
