I was born and raised in Metro Atlanta. Growing up I played a variety of sports and in my senior year of high school I was captain of the Football, Baseball, Soccer and Boys Volleyball teams. I attended Dekalb Jr. College and Georgia State University working towards my degree in Physical Education. I later attended Southeastern Theological Baptist Seminary where I obtained my degree in Divinity. For many years I served surrounding communities as a youth minister and associate pastor, Athletic Director and teacher for two Christian Schools, and I was a Community Coach for Girls Softball in our local public High School. Later, I transitioned into fundraising and have really enjoyed working with various organizations setting them up for successful financial outcomes for their group. I’ve been married to my wife, Carla, for… many, many years! We have three beautiful and fun-loving daughters and six grandchildren that light up my life. My hobbies include traveling with Carla and spending time with our grandkids! I have also played the drums in a Classic Rock Band for the past sixteen years and it never grows old! Working in the fields that I have, I know the need organizations have for funding to ensure our young people can do and receive the help they need. It gives me tremendous satisfaction to see a group, team or school meet and surpass their fundraising goals. I look forward to working with you and your group!
