As the CEO/Executive Director for HFHS, Ryan has a distinguished track record in executive leadership, having served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Hanover Area YMCA, before being promoted to its President, Executive Director at the Greater Wichita YMCA, and Chief Operating Officer at Humankind Wichita. Leveraging his vast experience, he founded Loomin Solutions, LLC, a leadership consulting firm tailored for nonprofit organizations. As a dual citizen of the United States and Ireland, along as an advocate, advisor, and fundraiser for youth sports organizations in Haiti and Mexico, Ryan possesses a unique global perspective that enriches his consulting endeavors.
