Hello, I'm Quincy Arceneaux. Born and Raised in Lafayette, LA, sports have been the backbone of my existence. Playing at the HS and College level and I also coached at the high school level as Head Wrestling Coach, Defensive Line Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coach.
