About This Fundraiser

Dear Sponsors,

The HISD Special programs committee will be hosting our annual Special Programs Gala and this year’s theme will be “A Night with the Stars” that will showcase our 23/24 high school graduates, and will honor a former HISD graduate.
This event not only helps raise funds for our special needs students, but it will also raise awareness for our cause across the community. This will be our second annual Gala, and we would love your support to ensure that this event will be a huge success, not only for our community, but for our students as well.
We’re proud to announce that this year’s event will be held on March 2nd, 2024 at the Wind Dancer Retreat located at 8755 Burch Ln., Bryan, TX 77808.
We are wanting to raise money to support our Special Needs programs to pay for field based instruction, field trips, supplies, equipment, parent training, scholarships, and Special Olympics! So far, we are expecting approximately 150 guests to attend the Gala.
However, this event wouldn’t be possible without your generosity and support to make this Gala an extraordinary event.
Would you be willing to donate money to pay for the event expenses or donate a gift basket to be auctioned during our silent auction to help make this year’s event possible? With your donation, we’d be able to host this event and provide fundings for our Special Programs activity fund.
