    About This Fundraiser

    Family, friends, and supporters: We hope that this email finds you well and off to a healthy and prosperous start to 2023. We would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our fundraising page for the 12U Dig In American Travel Baseball Team. Dig in is a baseball organization that was formed to focus on the development of each player, and the growth and progression of each team. Our objective is to provide a balanced and focused approach to skills and player development and provide young baseball players with the tools, support, training, and education to pursue baseball in high school, college and beyond. The Dig In organization has instructors who are current and former professional players; coaches in the minor leagues; current college Division 1 commits; former college players and coaches; and local HS and youth coaches. Our 2023 12U Team is a team with players throughout the Central Maryland area who have demonstrated not only the skills and ability to compete at a high level, but also show the drive, determination, and commitment to reaching their full potential as a student/ athlete. These young men, and their families, have accepted the challenge to go “all in” and commit to reaching their highest potential as a player and as a team. One of the pinnacles of the 12U season is to play in a weeklong tournament at the home of the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. Several facilities provide weeklong tournaments and experiences close to the village of Cooperstown that draw national and international participation each year. The players will live together, eat together, practice together, and play together on campus at some of the nicest baseball fields available at the youth level. It is truly a memorable experience that they will talk about and remember for years and years to come. The players receive many gifts as part of the experience including uniforms for the week, pins, souvenirs, and passes to attend the Hall of Fame. We have selected Cooperstown All Star Village for our experience and will be attending the week of July 3, 2023 .
