The '24 - '25 school year is in full swing at Hastings High School and our AVID program is excited to work hand-in-hand with success-driven students. AVID is a college and career readiness program. We help students with organization, study skills, time management, enrollment in rigorous classes, critical thinking, and preparation for success after HS graduation.
The resources and oportunities we are able to provide students with are key factors in classroom achievement and post-graduation success. Fundraising plays a vital role in our continued support of HHS students. Hastings AVID, in collaboration with iMaGine Foundation, is raising money to help cover the following costs:
- Bussing for college field trips
- Tutors and speakers
- Classroom supplies
- Classroom events/celebrations
Each AVID student has an individual goal and your support will be instrumental in helping them reach it. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes. Hastings AVID thanks you in advance and appreciates all of the support as we continue our efforts to provide HHS students with services to advance their educational and occupational careers.
