    About This Fundraiser

    The goal of this Honorary Negro League Baseball game is to raise money for a variety of reasons, all of which are well-deserved and are prospects that should be preserved for our history. The proceeds raised for the game and from the game will be used to help fund the Negro League Baseball Museum, owned by Bob Kendrick, as well as Dennis Biddle’s Yesterdays Negro League Baseball Players Foundation. Both of these foundations provide a service for and are honoring Negro League players that were so instrumental to the world of baseball as we know it today. There will also be a portion of the funds raised that will still go towards and benefit local black-owned businesses that were founded during or affected by the recent pandemic in order to support the community that they provide for.
