My name is David Clayton, I was born and raised in Wales, United Kingdom and move to the US when I was around 12/13. I am currently coaching both men's and women's soccer at the collegiate level as well as being the head coach of A UPSL semi-professional women's team. I was previously a 3-sport athlete who played soccer basketball and baseball as well as a host of other sports I play for fun such as golf, cornhole, volleyball. I played overseas after a successful college soccer career; however, coaching became a calling after a major injury. I have a beautiful wife and loving dog Arlo who are a major part of my life, when I'm not coaching or creating fundraisers, they have the majority of my time. I have received 3 different degrees, most recently a masters degree in organizational leadership and a host of certifications and licenses for coaching.
