I am excited to share the industry-leading Vertical Raise platform with our local schools and community members of Northwest Georgia. I have had a passion for athletics all of my life. I was a 3-sport athlete in high school and was blessed to have the opportunity to play college baseball at the Division I level at North Dakota State University. After graduating with an Exercise Science degree, I transitioned to coaching in the weight room at North Dakota State University. My last stop in the field of strength and conditioning was at Georgia Southern University where I was the Director of Strength of Conditioning. After my coaching career, I started designing and installing premium high school and collegiate weight rooms and fitness centers across the southeast. Now, I am looking forward to further developing my relationships with coaches, administrators, and community leaders here Northwest Georgia.
