Northern California is truly a beautiful place to live and holds a very special spot in my heart. I grew up in Oregon and visited my grandparents and family that lived here what feels like every weekend, when I wasn’t on the road to a tournament! I should have known I would end up raising my own family here someday. I am so excited to be here and helping the youth in this community fulfill their dreams and goals through fundraising! I am excited to be able to bring my passion for sport and love of service to our local coaches/mentors/leaders and youth! I spent my youth playing every sport I could and finally grew into a competitive softball player. I earned a scholarship to Central Arizona College in 2002. We won the NJCAA National Championships in 2004, such a pinnacle feeling! I transferred to Portland State University where I graduated in 2006. My high school, travel ball and college softball years took extreme dedication and ultimately taught me some of the most important life lessons! I am eager to be able to connect with the youth I will be working with and helping them find their “why” and continue to find success in whatever they wish. I went on to pursue a career mostly in sales, took time away to start my family and am looking forward to this new bright future with Vertical Raise and the community that has impacted me from a young age. I am also an Assistant Coach at Shasta College and I’m looking forward to giving back to all that sport, school and the leaders/mentors in my life gave me. See you out there! :) Raise Up!
