I was born and raised in San Marcos, California. I am blessed to be a part of a very supportive family my whole life. From the time I could walk, sports were a part of my life. I began playing baseball when I was 4 years old, and I never looked back. My lifelong dream from the time I was 7 was to be a professional baseball player. I attended Mission Hills High School in San Marcos, where I played football, basketball, and baseball. I was very fortunate to have received a baseball scholarship to play baseball at Long Beach State. I was a 4 year starter in centerfield for the Dirtbags, and 3 time academic All American. I was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 2012 MLB draft and spent parts of 4 years in their organization. I have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed a 10 year professional playing career. I am excited to be able to continue to help young athletes and programs become the best they can be by being able to provide the funds necessary for their programs through Vertical Raise. As an athlete I understand the need for fundraising, and it is my goal to provide as many organizations with the best fundraising experience possible, so the students and athletes have the best opportunities to pursue their dreams.
