The child of a college football coach, I spent a great deal of time on college football fields with athletes from thirteen different university programs across the US. My high school football career started in Alabama and ended in Southern California. When it was my turn to choose what campus I landed at next, Boise was my choice. I started my college career at Boise and finished at Linfield College. A European adventure called next and I played in Germany for the Deggendorf Blackhawks. Across the next 15 years, a variety of college coaching opportunities came my way. Linfield College, University of Colorado, St. Mary’s College, Montana State, Idaho State, Boise State, Idaho University, and The University of Idaho introduced me to phenomenal coaches and athletes. In 2012 I was given the opportunity to transition to coaching high school athletes and moved to WA into an athletic administrator and football coaching role at Eastside Catholic High School. I had not yet experienced the world of professional football and in 2019 joined the coaching staff with the XFL Seattle Dragons. My passion for the game remains. The opportunity to interact with and support coaches and student-athletes who are learning and growing as individuals and teams are incredibly fulfilling. I also enjoy watching the magic, strength, and dedication my two daughters display as gymnasts. I’m grateful for this new adventure with Vertical Raise in the Pacific Northwest, an area that I’m growing to love with each new day.
