I was born and raised in San Diego, CA, where as a young coach I was fortunate to take over a boys soccer program that won a CIF championship in my second year. I relocated to North Idaho where I completed my Master's degree in education at the University of Idaho. I then served as the director of coaching of the Spokane Sounders for six years. I have been organizing fundraisers as a coach in tons of different ways but only after using Vertical Raise myself did I realize that I had been doing it the hard way for far too long. I have a passion for setting kids up for success and removing any barriers that are financial and get tremendous fulfillment from achieving just that.
