A graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. BS in Sport Management and Kinesiology. Scott played professional baseball with Texas Rangers organization. He has coached and instructed players at every level from beginners to professionals. He moved to Texas in 2000 working for Louisville Slugger. Spent 4 years at H&B, before going to work at Mizuno. Scott, spent 12 years as a territory manager with Mizuno, earning Sales rep of the Year and Regional rep of the year honors. He worked as a sales pro for BSN Sports before he became the Director of Business Development for Required Team Gear. Scott has been married for 17 years to his wife, Jennifer. They have three kids, Cade (12), Colt (10) and Landry (7). Both boys are very active athletes, playing baseball, basketball, football and cross country. Their daughter Landry is also very involved in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading and basketball. They operate a youth baseball organization, to help the development of players both on the field and in their future lives. “Educating and helping others achieve their goals, brings me great satisfaction.
