Jason studied at the University of Central Florida receiving his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a minor in Coaching. He went on to earn his master’s degree in Sport Management from Florida State University where he taught as a graduate teaching assistant in the Lifetime Activities Programs in the College of Education. Jason spent time both in the classroom and on the field as a high school teacher and football coach, but ultimately found himself working in sales where he designed high school and college weight rooms throughout the Southeast US. When the opportunity arose to join the Vertical Raise team, he jumped at it. Understanding the difficulty and time constraints of old school fundraising, Jason saw this as an opportunity where he could continue working with teachers and coaches, but helping in a much larger capacity.
