Hi, my name is Valerie Ann. I live in sunny Bradenton, Florida with my dog and 3 young children. Born in Maryland and moved to the area when I was 7. Went to Lakewood Ranch High then onto the University of South FL where I graduated with a Physical Education degree. During my high school days, athletics took up much of my time with being in a sport every season. I absolutely loved the competitions as well as cheering for the football and basketball teams. Weightlifting was the sport that really pushed me to believe in myself, gain confidence, and test my strength. These days as a mom are very busy but so worth the little sleep, craziness, and all the fun. Excited to be back in the athletics department to help coaches and their teams.
