I've been a volleyball coach and club director for the past 14 years in the North Shore. It becomes obvious quickly how integral fundraising is to maintain a competitive program once you become a coach. The process can be overwhelming at first, but I've always found that people are far more generous than you expect with their time and contributions to drive a team and young athletes to their goals.
