Ted Sacco is a 2020 graduate from Youngstown State University, earning his BS in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. While attending Youngstown State University, Ted coached football and was a strength & conditioning coach at Poland Seminary High School. Following graduation, he served as a strength & conditioning coach for an organization in Charlotte, NC. Ted is now working with Vertical Raise in Youngstown, OH to assist his hometown communities’ coaches/organizations raise funds for their programs, completely taking it off their plates.
