Born and raised in Forney TX, I grew up living the small town Texas dream. I played football, baseball, basketball, and soccer through grade school and eventually chose football and basketball for my high school career. Oddly enough, I found my passion for volleyball when I began my freshman year at Baylor University. I was the libero for the Baylor men's team all 4 years and immediately began my coaching career after graduation. I coached top level club and high school volleyball in Oregon, Tyler TX, Katy TX, and in Rockwall TX. I eventually hung up my whistle after I had my 2 daughters who are the light of my life.
