My name is John Angus and I currently reside in Knoxville, Tennessee with my wife Kelly and daughter Hadleigh. I was born and raised in Massachusetts with sports playing a major role throughout my life. From being a 3-sport athlete in high school to my future career path. In undergrad I studied athletic training at Quinnipiac University then proceeded to earn my Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!). While at Tennessee I had the privilege to work with the men’s tennis and football programs over the course of 5 seasons. I later worked for a professional soccer team and transitioned to sales when my daughter was born. A job in sales and a focus on family life is what brought us back to Knoxville after a few years away for jobs. As a family, we love to attend all Vol sporting events, especially football in the fall! Hadleigh keeps us busy with her growing interests in sports and her love of Ninja Warrior training. Working with athletes and coaches is a deep passion of mine. When Vertical Raise called I knew this was the opportunity for me! It is a privilege to work in the community to help young athletes raise the necessary funds for success with a product I truly believe in.
