After playing four years of baseball at Lewis-Clark State in Lewiston Idaho, Zach immediately got into the world of coaching. Three years leading the Coeur d'Alene American Legion Lumbermen and seven years at Wenatchee Valley College as their Pitching coach and then Head Coach. He stepped away after last season to focus more time on his family and loved ones, but is still passionate about teaching the game and talking with others in the coaching field.
