About This Fundraiser

Hello New Brighton Baseball Fans! Welcome to our 2024 Hit-A-Thon! We are teaming up with Vertical Raise Fundraising to make this year’s hit-a-thon as competitive and exciting as ever - raising money for the player's trip to Florida in the Spring! Donors have the chance to directly support any given player make the trip in March!

This year, our format will look like this:
- Donors/ Fans get to "sponsor" 15 total pitches for a player. Each sponsor gets to choose to either donate $50 flat to these pitches, or donate based on the players hits.  This option's format is below!
- Pitches scored per hit :
       • Infield Grounder : $2
       • Outfield Fly / Grounder: $3
       • Hitting a target on the field : $4
       • Hits fence on ground : $5

       • Hits fence on the fly: $7

       • Homerun : $10

Please contact the player (or their parent/ guardian) you will be sponsoring ahead of time if you plan on sponsor each hit like above! Following the players 15 pitches, they will text or call the given donor to let them know the total! This will happen real time on October 19th!  These donation totals will just need to be fulfilled via the Vertical Raise fundraiser link (You're already here!)  within 3 days (Tuesday, October 22nd) of the hit-a-thon concluding.  This is the date the fundraiser will officially close.
