About This Fundraiser

The Canfield High School Swim and Dive Team greatly relies on its booster organization to provide the much needed financial support for coaching, pool time, meals/transportation and swim and spirit wear. The swim and dive team boosters therefore conducts a number of fundraising activities which helps the team succeed year in and year out. Unfortunately, because of this terrible pandemic, we have lost most of our fund raising opportunities. In an effort to make up for these lost fundraisers, we plan to hold our 1st annual Swim-A-Thon at the Canfield Swim and Tennis Club on Saturday, August 8, 2020, beginning at 8:00 p.m. The event is a planned 12 hour, constant relay in one lane, where there will be a swimmer in the water for the entire 12-hour time period through the middle of the night, until 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning. This Swim-A-Thon will greatly help our efforts to replace the revenue otherwise generated by the past fundraisers that cannot be held this year.
