    About This Fundraiser

    Aloha! We are the Nā Kai `Ewalu Canoe Club at Kahului Harbor. Founded in 1972, our club was named after the eight ocean channels surrounding the seven main islands in the Hawaiian chain. We are committed to supporting our youth and all members so they may reach their highest potential through physical training and cultural awareness. We strive to perpetuate Hawaiian culture and traditions through instruction and training to our members and the community. As one of Maui’s oldest clubs, we invite you to join us in our mission to repair our racing canoes in preparation for the 2022 racing season. Without community club sponsors, this sport would not be in existence here on Maui. We humbly ask you for donation in our efforts to maintain our canoes...specifically our regatta racing canoes.
